The key factor in exercise compliance

  100 days ago exactly,I made a commitment to do some sort of strength training every day and I have been 100% compliant with this goal. Multi tasking doesn’t work

Yes, I said it. It’s a myth and its affecting how you get the fitness results you so desperately want e.g. flat stomach, run for longer, faster, return to sport, recover from injury etc etc   Research into multitasking has been proven to be inefficient (check out the ‘One Thing’ by Gary Keller & Jay Papasan).   In summary:   Multi-tasking / multi-training is a word for those who like to be busy but not productive (I can feel the anger building but please read on). A little Less stupid & a lot more focused

This is the answer I gave to a friend of mine when she asked me about turning 30. At the time, it just came out. I didn't really think about it and I wasn't meaning to be so blunt. It was purely from the subconscious.
